1. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship to three main markets: Moldova, Romania, and International destinations.Delivery times may vary based on location, shipping method, and external factors such as customs processing and courier delays.

Moldova (Estimated Delivery: 1-7 Business Days)

We offer three delivery options within Moldova:

  • Pick-Up at Kaufland Ciocana (Free) – Available for customers who prefer to collect their orders from our designated location.
  • Posta Moldovei (30 MDL) – Standard national postal service, taking approximately 3-7 business days.
  • Courier Chișinău (50 MDL) – Fast delivery service within Chișinău for a convenient door-to-door experience.
  • Premium Delivery (120 MDL, 1-2 Business Days) – Our fastest option for those who require urgent delivery.

Romania (Estimated Delivery: 5-10 Business Days)

We offer three shipping methods for orders to Romania:

  • Standard Shipping (14-28 Business Days, Free) – A cost-effective option for non-urgent deliveries.
  • Nova Poshta Romania (4-8 Business Days, 49 RON) – A faster delivery method via Nova Poshta’s Romanian branch.
  • Nova Poshta Courier Romania (3-7 Business Days, 59 RON) – A courier service providing quick and secure delivery directly to your address.

International Shipping (Estimated Delivery: 7-14 Business Days)

  • Standard International Shipping (Free) – We offer worldwide shipping at no additional cost. Delivery times depend on the destination country and local postal services.

2. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • You will also receive notifications with updates regarding your order status.
  • Tracking information can be accessed via the shipping provider’s website, linked in the email you receive upon dispatch.

3. Delays & Compensation Policy

We strive to meet the estimated delivery times; however, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, we offer compensation based on the delay period:

  • Minor Delay (1-3 Business Days Late): A discount code for your next purchase.
  • Significant Delay (4+ Business Days Late): A partial refund or a discount on your current order.

Please note that delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier strikes are beyond our control.

4. Damaged or Missing Items Policy

Although rare, if you receive a damaged item or an incomplete order, we will offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • You must provide video proof of the unboxing process to verify the issue.
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • If approved, we will process a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Local Pickup (Moldova)

For customers in Chișinău, we offer a Pick-Up option at Kaufland Ciocana. This is a convenient and free alternative to shipping. When choosing this option:

  • You will be contacted in advance by our courier to confirm pickup availability.
  • Please bring a valid ID or order confirmation for verification.

6. Additional Information

  • We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided by customers. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.
