Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all orders placed on NestJerseys.com and is written in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and the applicable principles of European Union consumer protection law.
1. General information
NestJerseys sells customized and non-customized sports jerseys and related products. By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to this policy.
We aim to keep our customers satisfied and to solve any issue in a fair and fast way.
2. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
According to applicable legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing (via social media, email, or contact form) within 14 days from receiving the product.
3. Conditions for accepting a return
For a product to be eligible for return:

The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

It must not show any signs of use, odors, stains, damage, or washing.

It must be returned in the original packaging.

The return request must be made within 14 calendar days from receiving the parcel.
We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product does not meet these conditions.
4. Products that cannot be returned
According to commercial practices and applicable law:

❌ Customized / personalized products (with name, number, patches, or any special modifications requested by the customer) cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or our mistake.

❌ Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
5. Size exchange

We offer size exchange depending on stock availability.

The product must meet all return conditions.

Shipping costs for the exchange may be paid by the customer (if the mistake is not ours).
6. Defective or incorrect products
If you received:

a defective product,

a wrong product, or
-
a product that does not match your order,
please contact us within 48 hours from receiving the parcel and send photos or video as proof.
In this case:

We will replace the product, or
-
We will fully refund the paid amount, including shipping costs (if the mistake is ours).
7. Refunds

After the return is approved and the product is received by us, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

The money will be returned via:

bank transfer, or
-
the same payment method used for the order (where possible).

⚠️ The initial shipping costs are not refundable, except when the return is caused by our mistake.
8. Return shipping costs

If the return is due to the customer’s decision (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the customer pays the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we cover all shipping costs.
